Anesthesiology And Critical Care Sonology Psychology story OBSTETRIC AND GYNECOLOGY Obstetrics and Gyanecology is the prime priority area of CMHR services. For a long time, CMHR attached its focus on Women and Children, since they are the neediest and neglected members of the societal in respect to clinical services.

This is rather an old section of service of CMHR. A big chunk of patients come daily for general treatment. Whatever the problem is, be it a sudden acute medical emergency or a long time suffering of patient, CMHR is capacitated to serve and offer them with the whole package of services that include necessary consultation, pathology, X-Ray, ECG and UGS and all investigation support, hospital admission, nursing care, oxygen and emergency care, 24 hours medicine.

Like patients with general medical problems, many patients also visit CMH with surgery problems. This is a growing section of CMHR currently. Be it a hernia or an appendicitis or cholecystitis, whatever the problem,

As mentioned earlier, CMHR has a priority on children. This hospital is again declared as a children friendly hospital. Regular outpatient department for children treatment is operating regularly in CMHR.

Cardiology related services in CMHR were previously provided as a part of general medicine. But currently CMHR widened its perspective of patients' care. As such CardiologyConsultant doctorsare included into hospital's regular clinical pool.

Ear, Nose and Throat is another important clinical sector where CMHR has got gradually increasing hospital interventions. There are quite a high number of population having such problem in the community.

Though CMHR OphthalmologyUnit is rather recent, already this section of clinical services has been able to draw patients. Currently the hospital maintains a separate Ophthalmology outdoor with a Senior Medical Officer regularly sitting and providing consultation there.

The Dental Unit is recently added in CMHR. It is capable to provide all types of regular and high end dental care. There services include scaling, extraction, root canal, denture, cosmetic dental surgeries. This unit is open on all working days. It is to mention that all eye operations here are being done at very low cost.

In dermatology and Venereology section, OPD consultations are regularly available. Besides MOs, CMHR has enlisted consultants in this section.

A full fledged anesthesiology is support is important for a good hospital. It is like a cross-cutting services for all types of surgeries. And CMHR is capable to continue doing that. The anesthesia from CMH for patients is given as per the requirement and generally include General Anesthesia, Catamin, Regional Block, localanesthesia.

CMHR currently possess a high end ultrasonogram machine. A large number of patients come here everyday for doing ultrasonogram. In CMHR mostly abdominal USG are being done in large number, including the pregnancy profile that helps gynecologists in diagnosis and treatment and supervisonal care for pregnant women. The price for such services are very reasonable.

In CMH a section for psychology patients is available. This a rather recent service in full fledged form.
